Don Garlits and Roger Gustin

Just to put a cap on the Super Chevy Show's final 2006 event, Adler was the Trim Parts event low qualifier in the season finale (6.336 at 223.60) as well as the race winner on Sunday, defeating Jeff Merritt of Merrillville, Indiana in the finals.  In the final Nitro Coupe race of the 2006 Super Chevy Show's 26th Annual Tour, Adler ran a 6.487 at 221.02 mph.  Merritt suffered severe tire shake at the hit of the throttle and gave up the run.

The highlight of the bracket races at Gainesville (featuring a field of over 200 cars) was the perfect run (.000, 10.910 on a 10.91 dial) turned in by Darren Stutts of Green Cove Springs, Florida.

Be looking for Roger Gustin and the rest of the AutoStar Productions/Super Chevy Show team at the SEMA and PRI shows!
